COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE Data Controller: 221B S.A.P.I. DE C.V. “CALÉA RESIDENCIAL”, with address at Avenida Mariano J. García #13213, Local 16, Colonia Las Eras, C.P. 36640, Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico.   

1. Purposes of Data Processing.
The personal data collected will be used for the following purposes:

a. Primary Purposes (necessary):
i. To integrate, analyze, and formalize real estate purchase-sale operations, promises, reservations, and contracts.
ii. To comply with tax, administrative, legal, anti-money laundering (LFPIORPI), and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.                                            
iii.To verify the client's identity, financial status, and origin of funds.
iv. To prepare, execute, and follow up on contracts, payments, deed formalization, and property delivery.
v. To contact the client for information, clarifications, or procedures related to their operation.

b. Secondary Purposes (optional):  
i. To inform about new real estate projects, promotions, or events related to “CALÉA RESIDENCIAL”.
ii. To maintain commercial communication and after-sales follow-up.
iii. If you do not wish for your data to be used for secondary purposes, you may express this by sending an email to: info@caleavallarta.com.      

2. Personal Data Collected.
We may collect the following categories of data:
a. Identification data (name, address, telephone, email, signature, RFC, CURP).
b. Financial and patrimonial data (bank accounts, proof of payment, income, KYC documentation).
c. Immigration and tax data (nationality, tax residence, official documents).
d. Employment or professional data (occupation, company, position, articles of incorporation and powers of attorney if a legal entity). In no case are unnecessary sensitive personal data requested. 
e. Data Transfers. Your data may only be shared with the following persons or entities, always under the principles of legality and proportionality:
i. Public notaries and government agencies for the formalization of contracts and deeds.
ii. Financial or banking institutions for the management of payments and transfers.  
iii. Competent authorities (SAT, UIF, CNBV, etc.) when required by applicable laws.
iv. Affiliated or subsidiary companies of “CALÉA RESIDENCIAL”, exclusively for administrative and compliance purposes. No international transfers will be made without your prior consent.

3. ARCO Rights and Means to Exercise Them.
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to limit its use or revoke the consent granted. To exercise these rights, you may submit a written request addressed to the Privacy Officer of “CALÉA RESIDENCIAL” at the email address info@caleavallarta.com, or at the address indicated at the beginning of this notice. 

The request must contain:
a. Name and means to communicate the response.
b. Description of the data over which you wish to exercise rights.
c. Copy of your official identification or document proving representation.    

4. Security Measures.
“CALÉA RESIDENCIAL” implements administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use.
     
5. Data Retention.
Personal data will be retained for a minimum period of five years from the last contractual relationship, or for the time necessary to comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.

6. Changes to the Privacy Notice. “CALÉA RESIDENCIAL” reserves the right to modify or update this Notice at any time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable legislation. Modifications will be available at www.caleavallarta.com and may be notified, if applicable, by email.
